Kirsten Fox is an Employment Partner at Punter Southall Law with more than two decades of experience advising senior leadership and boards within complex and highly regulated professional services environments.
A senior employment lawyer and former Equity Partner at KPMG, Kirsten has extensive experience leading employment law strategy, managing high-risk and sensitive investigations, and guiding organisations through major organisational change. She is particularly recognised for advising on complex, high-profile and reputationally significant matters, bringing clear judgement, authority and strong commercial insight to challenging situations.
Kirsten regularly works with boards and senior leadership teams on sensitive people issues, including senior exits, whistleblowing matters, regulatory engagement and crisis management. She has significant experience operating within regulated environments and working with professional bodies and regulators including the FRC, ICAEW, SRA and FCA.
Her practice also covers restructuring and organisational change, including TUPE and collective consultation processes, as well as governance and policy development, professional conduct matters, and the implementation of mandatory training frameworks. Kirsten is also experienced in supporting organisations with diversity and inclusion initiatives, culture transformation programmes and cross-border employment issues.
In addition to her advisory work, Kirsten has expertise in complex investigations, media-sensitive cases and stakeholder management at board level. She also advises on emerging issues in the workplace, including the use of artificial intelligence in recruitment processes and employee workflows.
