Nichola Peters is a specialist in Corporate Crime investigations, financial crime compliance advisory and assurance.
Prior to joining Punter Southall Law, Nichola led the Global Investigations team at Addleshaw Goddard for over a decade, building it from 1 partner to the market leading team it is today. This followed a successful earlier career at Herbert Smith.
Nichola has a fantastic reputation as one of the most capable investigative lawyers in practice. She has advised on two Deferred Prosecution Agreements, including the Entain DPA and led on of some of the biggest cases in the market.
Her focus is on delivering top notch advice to boards and c-suites on the corporate crime risks they face. She is particularly known for her corporate advisory and corporate criminal defence work. One of her key areas of practice is review, audit and assurance work for firms and corporates on their financial crime risks and compliance. Together with advice to boards.
